Jakob founded FairTerra with a vision. Graduating from Lang School of Business, Jakob's unique approach created opportunities to provide affordable housing like no other. No slowing down in sight, Jakob is still taking FairTerra Properties to new heights.

With a background in nutrition, Carly has quickly adapted to helping build healthy sustainable communities. She has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Carly also spearheads most of our companies charity events and non-profit out reach.

Design is more than just aesthetics. We design our properties to serve our residents and their communities by going beyond what is traditionally expected of a Developer.
