The homes we are building use sustainable materials including sustainably forested lumber to reduce environmental impact.

Modular construction is an affordable, sustainable, and fast way to provide housing for people who need it now, with out jeopardizing quality.

Modular homes can cost 20% to 30% less than standard homes because they are produced in a controlled environment at a factory and then shipped to the site where they are assembled like Legos. That means less labor costs for building homes on-site.

We plan to use recycled building materials from previous projects to produce new homes, diverting waste from landfills and further reducing costs.

Our mission is to create homes that are built with care and attention to detail. We want to help people live in affordable housing that they can be proud of—not just because it's affordable, but also because it's well-made and lasts.
